We have Friday evening set-up at ALL locations: Cambridge and Mansfield. Generally, the doors are open from 4 pm to 10 pm on Fridays for exhibitors to set up early. The doors open for exhibitor set-up again at 6 am on Saturdays.
The Mansfield Gun Show will be held next on Feb 21st-22nd, 2026 with additional shows on May 16th-17th, 2026, in Mansfield, OH. This Mansfield gun show is held at Richland County Fairgrounds and hosted by Heritage Gun Shows. All federal and local firearm laws and ordinances must be obeyed.
We strive to keep exhibitor costs down by offering fair prices for table rent. Our Exhibitor Loyalty Program continues: set up at 9 of our shows and get a free table at the 10th show. We also continue to give away a free table at every show: exhibitors who remain set up at 2:45 on Sunday will be entered in a drawing for the table.
Table cost is $50 per 8’ table. However, we are offering a discount if you choose to prepay (prepay means paying for all tables by the Sunday prior to the show). If you prepay, each table will cost $45. To prepay, you can pay us directly, mail a check to us (Heritage Gun Shows, PO Box 20375, Canton, OH 44701), or send it electronically through Venmo. Let us know which you prefer!

This will be the 6th Gun show I’ve done in Mansfield in past 3 years. It’s small show but good crowd. Lots of bartering goes on and trades of precious metals. I’ve always done well, usually come home with more than I brought. Really like local vendors.
This show varies in quantity and quality. If there are shows in Berea, Columbus, or Medina then the better vendors are drawn away. If there are none of the bigger shows on the same-day, then they pick up vendors in Mansfield. This weekend will be a tough one.
I’m sure this wont get posted but what a disaster and waste of time and gas nothing but over priced junk except for one guy who had 2 tables only he wanted your first born and both thumbs for what he was selling on his tables One thing for sure I will never go back there again!!!!
Outstanding Gun Show! Thank you for providing such a professional event, focused on a wide range of hunting and antique firearms. Always really nice to visit a show with so much vendor variety.
