Was not greeted when we came in, was better in the past. Quite a Shame
Hard to believe. Sharon the lady at the door is really good about greeting people. Maybe you did not pay?
There were a few vendors who seemed more interested in talking down to people than actually providing any useful insight about the products. As someone who was trying to learn more and make a thoughtful purchase, I expected better service and a more welcoming atmosphere.
In addition, the overall vibe of the show was quite off-putting. I won’t be returning to this event or recommending it to others. If you’re looking for a friendly, informative environment to explore firearms, I’d suggest finding another show or event. The rude vendors really soured the experience.
We are curious which promoter you work for, because what are describing absolutely does not happen here. So, you were either at a different show and did not realize, or you are just mistaken(you know, a Liar) or you work for a jealous promoter….. We know.
First of all I went in to explore the gun show on my own to see what was all being offered. There were very interesting things, but the sellers were the downfall. Second, your reply just reinforced my earlier review on people that are off-putting by just assuming who I was instead of possibly finding ways to better your show next time. I’m sorry this review hurt your snowflake demeanor, but please do better.
Think the show looked wonderful. I purchased several items. 5 star show.
New promoter, John Ferns, is working hard with unique ideas to grow the show for the vendors. I predict in a year it will be very hard to rent a space in this event. We are already seeing the difference from the last time we set up here.
Awesome show!
First time as a vendor and the promoter was more than helpful with setting up and providing a good space. Very friendly!
We always loved Diamondback Gunshows. Dominic, the previous owner was amazing with customers and vendors alike. It’s sad that after meeting the new owner and seeing how he treats customers and vendors, we won’t be back.
We are very sorry you feel this way. Perhaps if you met us, you might feel differently. We are sorry, but having not been involved until last week, we do not even know who you are or what business you represent. Nevertheless, we are very sorry to hear about your experience. Feel free to contact us at any time to discuss how we can improve your experience as our customer.

We did meet you at the Wharton show on August 25 and witnessed first hand how you spoke with vendors and customers. Even your attempt to trespass an elderly vendor for needing to leave a little early. As for my business, it’s none of yours. I only hope that in the future you will treat people more professionally.
Well, we can’t please everyone. We will pray for you.
Dominic with Diamondback Gun Shows always puts on a great show and treats the vendors like family. These shows are amazing and we are very pleased to be a part of them.
