I’ve been disappointed for a long time that all the gun shows at this convention center “never” give first responders and even veterans, at some locations don’t get a free pass like law enforcement. Facilities at other Texas gun shows understand that “all” personnel that work as a public servant, work together and may have to respond immediately with or without uniform and leave the show when called upon to save someone’s life. If money for services is the issue then at a minimum lock in a “permanent” lower price for those individuals. My review is three stars for now only because the sellers are more understanding than the facility hosting the show.
Gone to several of these and I’ve always seen plenty of options, parts and pieces out there. I was able to find a few parts for my AK and lots of add-ons that I probably don’t really need for my AR. Lots of random junk too, like throwing knives, tasers, expanding batons ( I don’t even know if that’s legal), all kinds of stuff. But it’s fun to look at and there’s always guys walking around looking to make an individual sale. Those are what I look for because the price is usually way better than a business could offer.
Very disappointed in this gun show more of a junk show. Selling more crafts,toys and shoes than guns.
Was a Great show.. til they instituted a policy to charge non-FFL sellers an extra $50 a table. Got rid of all the sellers of older & collectable firearms in one swoop. So now you can see nothing but the same new modern guns on every table. No legal basis for it so be sure to let them know how much you appreciate it

absolutely the best promoters in the houston area! much, much better, than the premier show, a LOT less junk and non-gun related merchandise at this show. they definitely know what they are doing when it comes to putting on a professional gunshow.
