Need to have discount for the disabled and elderly.
Great gun show, big building , packed out with wonderful people. Drove a long way to visit for the first time, definitely coming back.
WOW, a whopping $1.00 discount for military personnel. Easy to see their value to “American Gun Show”! $5.00 would be respectful.
We always strive to promote 5 Star shows. Its unfortunate that your review is based solely on what discounts you consider is “respectful” for us to give out. I am a Proud American who loves this country and strongly respect and appreciates our Military and Veterans . In truth, it very disrespectful for you to set a standard, judge and criticize anyone for what discounts or charity someone is able to or what he donates . We also give out 50 free admissions passes to Veterans and donate tables to several different charities at all our shows. We have to “respectfully” pay our rent, tables, advertising, janitorial staff and all the other misc. expenses for us to be able to have future shows. A majority of our Veterans are vendors who are able to supplement their income by selling at our shows.
I should not have responded, but it makes me furious when I am being told how much discount I need to give. I have a responsibility to our vendors and staff to keep the shows going and there is not enough profit for us to be able to offer your proposed $5 discount.
Thank You
so true , but some people would gripe if they were hung with a new rope , I am retired in my 70’s and have been doing gun shows for the last couple of years , I enjoy it , the meeting people and talking with them , plus it gives me a little extra money to provide inventory for up coming shows , way back in the 70’s I lived in Tyler and would love to see it now , it is probably huge by country standards , Thank you and take care , George M.
You are right, Tommy. I am a 100% disabled Vietnam Marine Corps Vet. No one owes me anything. They would gripe if you admitted them free because you didn’t send a limo to pick them up!!
You and Tammy produce an excellent show, I thank you for that.
Dog it’s 9 dollars calm down 😭
Just what I was thinking.
Well folks the first gun show at the new W T Brookshire Center went off without a hitch. Premier is a great promoter, they are true professionals . Lots of tables full of guns and everything a person needs to enjoy the sport. Looking forward to the next show. SEE YA THERE!
Excellent Show!!!
