This show is great. Even in the summer.
This show really is a waste of money. As much as I like guns I can’t justify going a 3rd time because it always is a disappointment.
1/4 of the tables have nothing to do with guns, Tupperware, perfume, T shirts, jewelry, just to name a few, and prices are out of control.
As a vendor, I obviously have a different perspective on the show, but I was a customer first. As a customer I wanted a big selection, and great prices, for free preferably! But as a vendor, I know how tight things are during the summer. Most small vendors don’t even do shows in the summer, because it’s hard to make it worth all the expenses.
Now, I will say, that 4400 tables is by no means the biggest show, the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg, PA has 10,000 tables in the gun/weapon building… And the 4 other buildings totaling something like 30,000 tables, and it ruins 8 days. The space for each vendor is already $5,000.
The point I’m trying to make is, if you aren’t planning on buying anything, and $13 is to much money, please help everybody and just stay home.
If you want your money’s worth, bring cash, and buy multiple items from one vendor. Most everybody has a big heart at these shows and we are like family for the weekend. And when you support us, you become family. We want to help you out, but nobody is making a lot of money on any one sale, there is so much competition, and especially in the lean summer.
We appreciate all of you, more than you know, but this is how I feed my kids and pay my bills. I can’t pay for you to have new stuff
Same vendors, same guns, way too much for admission.
WAY TO MUCH FOR WHAT YOU GET
