SHOW RULES

1. NO LOADED Firearms or Magazines are permitted (other than law enforcement officer). Random searches may be undertaken.
SHOWS ARE POSTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH TEXAS 30.05, 30.06 AND 30.07 STATUTES.

2. No loose cartridges loaded weapons or magazines are allowed at any time. All ammunition; flares or similar type devices must be sealed in a box, bag, or other container.

3. All firearms (including flare guns) must have zip ties or other locking devices installed to render them inoperable. An Officer or Safety member of the show will inspect, and Zip tie all guns before entering the show. Zip ties/locks must be replaced immediately if removed for any reason.

4. All local, state and federal laws must be observed as they apply to sales, trades and other transactions.
Persons who sell guns from their personal collection, and who do not derive their livelihood from the sale of firearms nor make a profit on sales, are not required to have an FFL.

5. No illegal firearms or other items prohibited by law are permitted.

6. LASER targeting devices are not to be pointed in the general direction of any person.

7. Floor safety staff have say over gun safety and secured firearms, office staff has final say. Any vendor who does not comply with staffing instructions may be asked to leave and forfeit cost of tables.

8. Any accidental discharge of a firearm at vendor location will result in immediate removal along with criminal charges being filed. So, please practice good gun safety at all times. Safety staff are here to help with this at all times so please use them.

9. No photography (video, still, cell phone) or audio recording is permitted by vendors or members of the public. The show promoters may at certain times perform video, still photos or audio recording for advertising or public relations purposes.

10. The Gun Show is a family event and appropriate clothing is required; no profanity or inappropriate graphics are allowed. No conduct, activity, merchandise or materials that are inappropriate will be permitted.

The Pride of Texas Gun Show will be held on Jan 24th-25th, 2026 in Mabank, TX. This Mabank gun show is held at Pride of Texas Gun Show and hosted by Pride of Texas Gun Show. All federal and local firearm laws and ordinances must be obeyed.
