It was a very small show, maybe 20 vendors. Lee Newton had several tables of new and used Rugers at very good prices. Lee has a vast knowledge of Rugers and particularly No. 1’s. He is also an alumni of Cisco College.
Other vendors had some interesting items for sale including a Charlie Russell bronze and Hopkins and Allen salesman’s kit. Other vendors had their stuff priced sky high. One rude little guy wanted $50 for a 20 year old box of Federal .222 Remington and you can buy new Remington ammo at Walmart for $28.
The promoter needs to recruit more vendors for upcoming shows. Go to other shows and pass out flyers for the Cisco show is one method.
Started out slow but got real busy and I had a FANTASTIC DAY !!! the young lady (Brittany) who organized the show was a great help to all there…making sure tables were available and folks were all treated nice. I will be back for sure and will tell everyone I know how well it was run. I was impressed. Thank you to all involved.
