A great show with many dealers offering their wares. You get to meet many wonderful people who share your passion. Great for a day out. The vendors are quite knowledgeable. They’re always ready to share what they know. You can find many unexpected items there.
The show could be better if the one who runs the show by the name John is dismissed because he is nasty and unprofessional. I could not stomach the way he was arrogant towards people and how he only wanted to do what he wanted. Everyone I was attended with also agreed and we will not attend any other shows if he is in charge.
Always a Great show and something for everyone!!
Was a little depressing to see Nazi memorabilia on display and for sale at the York show.
If you forget history you are doomed to repeat it
1000 tables is listed but they weren’t all purchased by vendors. Pretty basic for the size. Oaks show is 10x better. It felt like a 250 table show. Nothing unique to see.. Very disappointed for the size of the venue.
Will there be holster vendors? I am looking for some safariland holsters.
This is the best show I know of in South Central Pennsylvania. AL Leitzel is right. If you are from Maryland and see a handgun you want, just pay to have it shipped to your FFL in Maryland.
No big deal.
Or, if there is a Maryland FFL set up at the gun show, maybe have your gun seller hand off the firearm to the MD dealer and save shipping costs. That assumes the MD dealer is reasonable close to your MD address. I have done that several times. If you use this method, don’t forget to collect your magazines while you are in PA as the MD dealer can’t legally hand you any over-10-round mags in the state of MD.
And, Yes, this show is the best in our region. The only other one that comes close is the Gettysburg show.

DITTO!!!! And you’re exactly right … Put ALL of the non-sporting goods stuff, if you must have it, in a section by itself. As far as the “barbed wire wrapped baseball stuff” … you’re spot-on about that too. Some stuff seen being promoted at the York Gun Show, as well as other shows, can be the gun owners worst enemy. I often long for the days when a gun related show was just that and nothing more. God bless America and our Second Amendment Rights!
York Dec. 2019 wasn’t bad. Decent number of AR’s, tons of handguns in countless types and calibers. Ammo at reasonable prices (not discount, but fair,) 3 tavor bullpups, one kel tec RFB (not RDB), large number of pump shotguns, (I didn’t see a KSG among the sellers, but alot of inexpensive classic standard shotguns)
One table with sub sonic ammo (a bit over priced, but good selection)
And a large number of tables selling ephemera.
I was hoping for more tactical options either in bullpup, or 7.62, but i didn’t see anything i was interested in, and I have enough in 9mm.
Simple the best show around something of ever one , stay the day ,
Better than Maryland shows, I usually find something I want. Since I’m a Maryland resident if I find a handgun I want I have it sent to my FFL in Maryland.
This used to be a good show, but now has been diluted into a sloppily organized assortment of food, healthcare products, extremely questionable self-defense products, clothing, political ephemera and a mere smattering of those items that are traditionally thought of as belonging at a gun show. Perhaps the flea market products should be in one room and the sporting/collecting/firearms related products in another room. As it currently stands, it doesn’t work for me, and unless you are in the market for a barbed wire wrapped baseball bat or some beef jerky, it may not work for you either.
Never as good as Harrisburg, but you never know what you might find !!
A good solid gun show with around 1000 tables. I would rank it third for the PA shows I’ve been to behind only Oaks and the Harrisburg Farm Show Arena. Luckily for me I live in York, but I wouldnt hesitate to drive an hour and a half for this level of show.
A Great show….
The vendors were great and respectful but were upset at the turnout. Maybe keep the flea market stuff in one hall and the gun and knife stuff in the other hall. A gun or knife vendor in the middle of a bunch of flea market crap is unfair to the gun or knife vendor.
