The Rochester American Legion Gun Show will be held on Oct 24th-25th, 2026 in Rochester, NH. This Rochester gun show is held at American Legion Post 7 and hosted by Freedom Promotions. All federal and local firearm laws and ordinances must be obeyed.

I have a 357 pistol would i be able to sell it at the gun show.? Or is it only that i can purchase gun for my self? If i can sell for example my gun how would that work? Im not familiar with how gun shows work.

You would need to bring your 357 to an FFL Dealer and Do a Transfer of the Firearm.
That is inconsistent with NH state law, transfers are not required for private sales.
Its not a ‘private sale’. He is asking to walk into a public showroom and sell it to a random stranger. Private sales are defined as a transfer between two individuals that are known to each other. This is the kind of thing that liberal media does to try and prove that there is a so called ‘gun show loophole’.
