I have a 357 pistol would i be able to sell it at the gun show.? Or is it only that i can purchase gun for my self? If i can sell for example my gun how would that work? Im not familiar with how gun shows work.
I’m sorry no one has replied to your question, because I have the same question.,,,,it does have a link to register as a vendor,,,who knows
Hello Tim
You would need to bring your 357 to an FFL Dealer and Do a Transfer of the Firearm.
That is inconsistent with NH state law, transfers are not required for private sales.
Its not a ‘private sale’. He is asking to walk into a public showroom and sell it to a random stranger. Private sales are defined as a transfer between two individuals that are known to each other. This is the kind of thing that liberal media does to try and prove that there is a so called ‘gun show loophole’.
Good question, people bring guns to gun places all the time to either sell or trade, but it being a bar, maybe different. lol
I missed this gun show, not knowing it was here. I go down south in the winter and hit those. In NH, you can sell private without going through an FFL.
Buying and selling firearms privately out of a personal collection and without a profit motive is perfectly legal so long as sales do not involve out-of-state residents.
I also use Gunbroker, where I just sold another one recently. I find it’s easier and probably safer.
