The MWCA Rochester Gun Show will be held on Aug 26th-27th, 2023 in Rochester, MN. This Rochester gun show is held at Olmsted County Fairgrounds and hosted by Minnesota Weapons Collectors Association. All federal and local firearm laws and ordinances must be obeyed.
8ft Tables: $45.00/each
Non-Member: $55.00/each
No one day rentals
The exhibitor who is named on the application must attend the tables reserved in his/her name, is responsible for following the show rules of conduct, and federal and local regulations. Exhibitor passes are issued accordingly.
If you want a written confirmation of your reservation, enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope. If you require electrical service, there will be an additional charge determined by the facility.
Payment must accompany application.
To qualify for refund on tables cancelled, you must cancel by Monday prior to public opening of the show.
While the M.W.C.A. recognizes the need for some exhibitors to break down prior to the close of the show (Sunday, 3:00 P.M.) we ask that you remain in place the entire show hours as a courtesy to the paying public.
Exhibitors who make early departures will be located in an area where their exit will not have a negative effect on the show or may be denied tables at future shows.

No subletting of tables.
Expensive,poor food and beverage availability. MWCA no longer worth admission.
One of the better shows in the Rochester area, MWCA puts on a safe and well maintained event,
Plenty of variety of vendors.
Many deals can be had if you are looking around.
Least exciting and smallest of the MWCA gun shows.
Still its something to do on a winters day in Minnesota.
The Rochester Gun Shows are getting smaller and more costly. I sometimes go to look but usually buy elsewhere. Sorry.
I go because it’s a gun show. There are no real good deals here but it’s a time to look and something to do. I’ll likely leave my money at home.
