Montrose Gun Show

1. MERCHANDISE VENDOR MERCHANDISE OR SERVICES OFFERED FOR SALE, DISPLAYED OR ADVERTISED MUST BE GUNS OR FOR GUN RELATED ACTIVITIES (I.E. AMMO, PARTS, SCOPES, SAFES, CASES, SLINGS) GUNSMITH SERVICES, MILITARY EQUIPMENT, KNIVES, LEATHER GOODS (HOLSTERS, SCABBARDS, POUCHES, BELTS, CHAPS, SADDLES, ETC.) WESTERN ITEMS, HUNTING OUTFITTER SERVICES, HUNTING AND SHOOTING CLOTHING AND HEADGEAR, AND GUN RELATED PRINTED MATERIAL.

2. PETS. NO PETS OR UNSUPERVISED MINOR CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED.

3. FIREARM SALES. ALL VENDORS WILL COMPLY WITH FEDERAL AND STATE STATUTES PERTAINS TO FIREARMS SALES ACCORDING TO GUN SHOW INSURANCE RESTRICTIONS.

4. NO LOADED GUNS. All firearms, including concealed carry guns, brought inside the gun show building must be unloaded, and actions zip tied to render them inoperable. Vendors will provide their own zip ties and will regularly check their firearms ensuring that none of the ties have been removed. Ties removed for firearm inspections will be replaced by the Vendor immediately following the inspection.

5. NO ALCOHOL. Vendors will not possess, consume, or dispense any alcoholic beverages or recreational drugs at any time on the gun show premises.

6. AMMO. Vendors will keep all ammunition sealed in boxes or bags and will not allow any loose ammunition on tables. No UNSEALED black powder, live artillery shells, mines, grenades, or destructive devices are allowed.

7. GUNSMITHING Vendors are prohibited from performing gunsmith or reloading work during the show.

8. NFA The sale, display, or possession of any non-NFA registered part or combination of parts designed and intended for use in the conversion of any weapon to a NFA firearm is prohibited, unless vendor is a class 3 licensee.

9. TABLES. Table rental fees will be paid at the time their application is submitted. Tables are reserved on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis once application and payment are received. No guarantee on table placement.

10. SUBLETTING OF TABLES. There will be NO subletting of tables without prior approval. If you sublet any portion of your tables, you are personally responsible for the merchandise and actions of the sublessee.

11. ENTER AND EXIT. All vendors MUST enter and exit through the FRONT DOORS ONLY during the show from Friday 4 p.m. to Sunday 2 p.m. Vendors will be able to leave through the east doors Friday night after 8 p.m. and Saturday after 5 p.m. Vendors will be allowed to enter through the east door from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The East door will be alarmed while the show is open to attendees.

12. DISPLAY. All vendors will maintain their display on Friday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Any vendor who leaves early will not receive a refund.

13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. Montrose Rod and Gun Club, its sponsors, officers, agents, and employees are not responsible for Vendor Property. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold the Montrose Rod and Gun Club and County of Montrose, its sponsors, officers, agents and employees harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, losses, legal action or causes of legal action, cost and expenses (including attorney fees) caused by the Vendor, Vendor’s employees, agents or others in the Vendor’s party, whether relating to personal injury, death or property damage to (1) any third person(s) or the property of any third person(s) or (2) the Vendor, Vendor’s employees or agents or to the property of the Vendor, Vendor’s employees or agents.

14. BACKGROUND CHECKS. Background checks are required for all sales and trades of firearms at the show including vendors who do not hold a Federal Firearm License.

15. CAMPING. Dry camping on Fairground property only. There is no electrical or water service available.

16. PARKING. Vendors must park in the North parking lot to allow attendees closer access to the show. Vendors who need handicap parking are encouraged to leave the designated handicap parking for attendees. Please let Patriot Security know if vendor needs handicap parking.

17. FAILURE TO FOLLOW RULES. Refusal to comply with the Gun Show Rules & Conditions will result in expulsion of the Vendor without refund.

18. VENDOR TAGS. Vendor tags will be worn every day during the show to identify you as a vendor. No additional vendor tags will be available at the show.

19. NON-PROFIT VENDORS are asked to provide a list of all volunteers’ names, dates, and times they are working the booth during the show for identification purposes. If volunteer names are not provided to the coordinator, volunteers will be required to pay an entry fee.

20. CANCELLATION. No refunds will be given if the cancellation is within 2 weeks before the show.

The Montrose Gun Show will be held on Feb 28th-Mar 2nd, 2025 in Montrose, CO. This Montrose gun show is held at Montrose County Fairgrounds and hosted by Montrose Rod & Gun Club. All federal and local firearm laws and ordinances must be obeyed.
