do you have to wait the ten days if you purchase any firearms at the gun show? What’s the steps when purchasing at the show here in California?

  1. Jay Bradly says

As stated by Mr. Brown, the Governer: You can sell or trasnfer up to five personal firearms (as a personal transaction) without the engagement of an FFL. He made that clear when He vetoed some of the gun hate bills on His desk late in 2013. This is consistant with the basic right of personal property ownership.

Once the State gets the sales tax (from the original sale) on an item in blongs to the buyer, with right of personal conveyance. The State of California has set five transactions as the cut-off point for “personal exchange.” Six or more such exchanges becomes an act of regulated commerce, at which point an FFl is required. This issue is a “personal proerty issue” not a second amendment or gun issue. The issue further applies to springs, sheet metal (folded or not) and plastic parts as well as mail order items. It is now time for business to stop promoting abusive big goverment with supposition or lies.

I look at crossroads site and they show a show in AZ next weekend. Are both happening or is this page incorrect? Was thinking about going as a vendor so I wanted to check.
