This will be a seated auction as we are expecting to run at least 500 guns/lots of ammo. Payout for the items auctioned to the vendor will be the following Thursday after the auction.
RSTE is responsible for all the transfer's. All items at this auction will be transferred by licensed FFL, RSTE.
The Mid-American Gun Auction will be held on Nov 6th, 2022 in Clinton, MO. This Clinton auction is held at Old Crow Winery and Event Center and hosted by R&S Tactical Emporium. All federal and local firearm laws and ordinances must be obeyed.

Please send in list and description for all firearms you wish to auction by October 1, 2022 so we can have an organized master list to publish on auction bill. A picture of each item would be appreciated.
Vendors will transfer firearms by consignment contract for auction. There will be no tables. Each gun or lot will be presented to the crowd for auction individually.
RSTE will begin receiving transfers for the auction starting Monday, October 31. All submissions must be transferred to RSTE by Saturday 3pm.
Vendors are encouraged to ad 10% to their reserve price as this will be an auctioneer's fee. If vendors prices are not met, the item does not sell as this is a Reserve Auction only.
Consignment Contract will be signed for each vendor for their submissions.
