-
General Rifle Ranges: Dedicated areas for short- and mid-range sighting and target practice, typically covering 25 to 200 yards.
-
Pistol Ranges: Specific bays designed for handgun practice and dynamic drills.
-
Archery & Shotgun: While focused heavily on rifles, the facility supports various disciplines including youth shotgun programs.
Events & Services
The association is a central location for several major shooting organizations and training programs:
-
Precision Rifle Series (PRS): Partnering with the Long Range Shooters of Alaska (LRSA), the range hosts "Frozen Chosen" winter matches and summer PRS qualifiers.
-
NRA Sanctioned Matches: The Alaska Rifle Club utilizes the 1,000-yard range for Long Range Prone and F-Class competitions.
-
Training & Education: The facility hosts Concealed Carry (CCW) courses, "Intro to Long Range" clinics, and hunter education classes in coordination with the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.
