Services and Programs
EEGC emphasizes education and community involvement through several specialized services:
-
Safety & Education: The club hosts NRA-certified training, basic handgun classes, and women’s-only firearm training. It also partners with the Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation for youth safety and live-fire clinics.
-
Competitions: Regular matches are held for various disciplines, including NRA Bullseye (Precision Pistol), .22 Long Range Rifle, Muzzleloader shoots, and "Bowling Pin" handgun matches.
-
Public Sighting-In: During the fall, the range is heavily used by hunters for "Sighting-In Days" to prepare for the upcoming seasons.
-
Volunteer Program: The club is largely operated by members who can earn dues reductions by volunteering as Range Masters or assisting with maintenance.
