Is it worth going at 1:00 on Sunday? Stock might be very low on ammo and a small selection of guns available. Any word on this from someone that has attended today?

  2. says

Biggest waste of money ever. The gun show now charges admission for children. They only had a few booths selling guns the rest were all selling junk. I would say about 2/3 the booths had nothing to do with guns and ammo. It was like walking through a carnival. We had venders yelling come try this come try that. All the guns I found were at least 2-3 times MSRP and still charged tax and credit card fees and added $10 for background check.

  3. says

I have never gone to a gun show before. Is there an admission fee? Can I purchase the gun that day and take it home that day? How would I know if they have the gun I am looking for? Someone with knowledge of this please respond to my FB account. I am looking for a P22.

They all vary, usually a charge to get in and you need a permit to buy a hand gun you usually have to have a background check or a gun permit. They vary in what they have to sell depends on the vendors.

  4. Bruce says

Show was garbage for the most part, as usual. Only a few vendors had more than a handful of guns, boxes of 500-550 round of .22 LR ammo were selling for $50-65 dollars.

  5. Christine says

I heard it’s higher prices to purchase at a gun show but not sure. I’m looking for my first shotgun and have one in mind. Should i spend the money on the gun show or purchase elsewhere? Any advice?

  6. Allen says

Went to the “gun show” today and it look like an indoor flea market. Not one gun in the building. A terrible waste of $5 and my time. NEVER again!
