Biltsharp

My name is Adam Balkovic. I am a custom knife maker serving the professional community of Chefs here in Philadelphia and knife enthusiasts all over the world. My work is hand crafted with an extensive variety of steel including Carbon Steel, Damascus and San Mai. I also work with a large variety of handle materials from wood and metal, to some extremely unique custom materials that I make in the shop. Biltsharp also includes my partner, Jackie Awesome, who works with me on design and custom pyrography.
