Vendor Information
8' Tables: $60.00 each, unless paid in advance. $55 deposit, paid by August 18th/November 4th (respectively) is required to reserve tables Paid In Full Guarantees Tables. Dealer Setup: Friday prior starting 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Additionally, access to vendors will be at 7AM Sat/Sun with the public doors opening at 9AM. Vendor Application

If you want tables, go to www.rcrifleclub.com select the gunshot link and print either the gunshot handbill or the table reservation form. Compete and sign the form, sending it and payment. You will receive a receipt and information confirming your table reservation. The Rapid City Rifle Club Gun Show will be held next on Sep 19th-20th, 2026 with additional shows on Dec 5th-6th, 2026, in Rapid City, SD. This Rapid City gun show is held at The Monument and hosted by Rapid City Rifle Club. All federal and local firearm laws and ordinances must be obeyed.
