CANCELLATIONS: MUST BE MADE IN WRITING (FAX, EMAIL OR MAIL) BY 12AM THE SUNDAY PRIOR TO THE SHOW OR YOU WILL STILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE TABLE COSTS.
