A. GENERAL 1. This is a vetted show for pre-1946 items. Heritage Arms Society reserves the exclusive right to determine what may or may not be allowed on exhibitor tables. 2. Exhibitors to abide by these show rules along with the reasonable and legitimate requests of the show management. 3. Exhibitors to abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws pertaining to the sales and transfer of firearms, as well as current tax laws. 4. Exhibitors to conduct business in an ethical manner and make every effort to give customer satisfaction. 5. Service animals allowed ONLY with paperwork. B. SAFETY 1. No loaded firearms are permitted in the show at any time. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate expulsion from the show without refund or recourse. 2. No ammunition may be displayed in the proximity of any firearm that may use that ammunition. To the extent possible, collector ammunition should be sealed. 3. All removable magazines or clips must be removed. Cartridge guns must be secured with plastic ties or other means to prevent loading and/or firing. Show management may, on application, waive these requirements for certain new condition guns in original boxes. C. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIONS 1. Unlicensed Class III arms, look-a-likes, and related items. 2. Cameras, photo equipment, razors, rocks, gems, minerals, jewels, bottles, clothing, jewelry, glassware, timepieces, coins, currency, stamps, general antiques, sporting goods, machinery, and tools not related to small arms. 3. Art, books, pictures, and literature not related to collectible arms, except Western and Indian artifacts, are subject to approval by show management. 4. Explosive devices (except empty powder cans) and materials, including powder, bombs, hand grenades, etc., unless inert. 5. Modern ammunition of current manufacture. 6. New surplus, junk, and flea market material. 7. Survival-type weapons, supplies, books, uniforms, etc. 8. Parts, kits, manuals, instruction books, etc., for the conversion of legal items to illegal items, or for the making of bombs, silencers, machine guns, etc. 9. Uniforms, flags, insignia, web goods, and similar items are restricted; quantities are prohibited. 10. Items that glorify Nazism, Communism, Fascism, or racism, including, but not limited to, flags, uniforms, busts, etc. 11. Carrying side arms in holsters or belts. 12. Fake, misrepresented, or reproduction items unless so marked. 13. Any other item or action that is not, in the exclusive determination of the show management, in the best interest of HAS, other exhibitors, and/or the visiting public. D. WAIVER OF LIABILITY The show management, HAS, and its sponsors, agents, and employees are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by exhibitors, their employees, those in their party, or to property in their possession. Exhibitors expressly release the show management, HAS, and its staff, agents, and/or individuals and employees from such injury, loss or damage. Show management, HAS, and its sponsors, agents, and employees are not responsible for goods delivered to the show site, or for items left on the show premises before, during, or after the show. E. PENALTIES Management will enforce these rules and may request any changes deemed necessary. Failure to observe these rules may result in expulsion from the show without refund or recourse. F. DISPLAY ITEMS WELCOME HAS encourages collectors to set up arms or related item displays for collectors and the general public to enjoy. The 35th Annual Heritage Arm’s Society Annual Arms Collector’s Show currently has no upcoming dates scheduled in Eagan, MN. This Eagan gun show is held at Eagan Civic Arena and hosted by Heritage Arms Society. All federal and local firearm laws and ordinances must be obeyed.
