Vendor Information
85 Tables 8ft Tables: $70.00 each if paid by April 1, 2025. $75.00 each if paid after April 1, 2025. Dealer Setup: Friday, 3:00pm-7:00pm (No Exceptions) Saturday, 7:30am-8:30am (No setup 1/2 before show) All vendors agree to comply with Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Applications will be available online. All vendors must have a NYS Sales Tax Certificate or a temporary sales tax certificate covering the show dates. Any vendor selling ammunition must have a NYS Ammunition Sellers Certificate or an FFL License, and must be set up to do ammunition background checks prior to show dates. An FFL dealer will be on hand to do Person to Person Gun background checks ONLY. All ammunition background checks must be done by the vendor that sells the ammunition. No exceptions.
