200 Tables Tables: $60.00/each PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: SSP Company, Inc. for all shows except GRAND RAPIDS should be made to Carl Enterprises. CANCELLATIONS: MUST BE MADE IN WRITING (FAX, EMAIL OR MAIL) BY 12AM THE SUNDAY PRIOR TO THE SHOW OR YOU WILL STILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE TABLE COSTS.
