WEEKEND ADMISSION: Paid admission on Saturday allows for FREE admission on Sunday.
The MWCA Carlton Gun Show will be held on Jun 27th-28th, 2026 in Carlton, MN. This Carlton gun show is held at Black Bear Casino Resort - Otter Creek Event Center and hosted by Minnesota Weapons Collectors Association. All federal and local firearm laws and ordinances must be obeyed.
**Rent per Table:**
- $45.00 for members
- $55.00 for non-members
- No one-day rentals
- Table size: 2.5 ft. x 6 ft. PLEASE NOTE - 6-foot tables NOT 8-foot tables.
Exhibitor Requirements:
- The exhibitor named on the application must attend the tables reserved in their name.
- Exhibitors must follow show rules of conduct and adhere to federal and local regulations.
- Exhibitor passes will be issued accordingly.
Confirmation and Payment:
- For written confirmation of your reservation, enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
- Additional charges for electrical service will be determined by the facility.
- Payment must accompany the application.
Cancellation Policy:
- To qualify for a refund on canceled tables, you must cancel by the Monday prior to the public opening of the show.
Exhibitor Conduct:
- Exhibitors are requested to remain in place for the entire show hours as a courtesy to the paying public.
- Exhibitors who leave early may be located in an area where their exit will not affect the show or may be denied tables at future shows.
Table Display Rules:
- Items allowed: arms, accessories, and vintage sporting collectibles.
- No subletting of tables.
- No sales to anyone under age 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- No animals allowed, except for service animals.
- All federal and state regulations must be observed.
