Ranges and Facility

The facility is built to challenge shooters with elevation changes, wind corridors, and angled target placements. It features eight distinct, purpose-built outdoor ranges with varying distances and specific uses:

• Long-Range Known Distance: Includes ranges for up to 1,000 yards and a dedicated 1-mile (1760 yards) range.

• Unknown Distance Range: A 1,000-yard range designed for challenging target estimation.

• Carbine/Movers: A 600-yard carbine range and a 700-yard range with moving targets.

• Intermediate/Pistol: A 300-yard intermediate range, a 100-yard zero range, and a 30-yard pistol caliber bay.

Ranges incorporate various props like tank traps, school buses, Connex containers, and elevated barricades to allow practice from real-world, dynamic shooting positions.

Services and Membership

Twisted Barrel Precision operates as a private membership facility, though it is also open to military and law enforcement (MIL/LE) personnel.

• Membership: The club offers personal and family membership tiers, providing access to the ranges and amenities.

• Training: Vetted professionals provide comprehensive training for members, catering to casual shooters, aspiring competitors, hunters, and law enforcement. Courses cover rifle setup, marksmanship fundamentals, ballistics, and extended-range shooting.

• Competitions: The facility regularly hosts organized competitive events, including PRS (Precision Rifle Series)-style matches, both centerfire and rimfire, and dynamic carbine courses.

• Onsite Support: A pro shop is available on site, staffed by knowledgeable shooters to support and supply both new and advanced users.
