All about Tulare County Trap Club

Ranges and Disciplines:

• Trap Fields: The club features 6 Trap Fields, which is the primary discipline offered. This includes 16-yard (singles) and Handicap shooting.

• Skeet Fields: There are 2 Skeet Fields available.

• 5-Stand: The club hosts a Monthly 5-Stand Shoot, which is a more varied and challenging clay target discipline.

Note on Ammunition: TCTC is strictly a shotgun-only club, permitting only target loads. Ammunition is restricted to no shot larger than lead #7 1/2 or steel #6.

Facilities and Services:

• Clubhouse: The club has a clubhouse, which includes kitchen facilities and is available for rent for club or company outings.

• Catering: Beverages and food are available during regular shoots.

• Shooting Events: The club hosts a variety of registered shoots, bringing in competitors from across the state. They also offer practice rounds.

• Youth Programs: TCTC is dedicated to educating new and youth shooters in safe gun handling. They host shooting practice for youth groups like 4H and Boy Scouts, and some participants have qualified for national competitions.

• Membership: The club welcomes both members and non-members to shoot, with different pricing for each. They offer Family Memberships and Lifetime Memberships. Active Military personnel can shoot at the lower member rate.
