• Locations: Superior Pawn & Gun operates multiple locations, including:
  • Hampton: 104 W Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA 23669.
  • Virginia Beach: 4859 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
• Indoor Range: The Hampton location features the only public indoor shooting range in the area, providing a safe and controlled environment for recreational shooting, skill development, and training.

Ranges

• Handgun Lanes: The indoor range in Hampton offers six lanes with a 52-foot firing distance. Each lane is equipped with a toggle switch that allows shooters to control their desired target distance.
• Safety Measures: Safety is a top priority, with mandatory safety briefings for all shooters and supervision by trained range officers. The range is fully ventilated to meet ASHRAE standards and guidelines, minimizing lead exposure. Special soap is provided in restrooms to wash off lead dust.
• Range Rules: The range allows handguns only, including calibers from .22LR to .45Cal (excluding .454 Casull and .460). Brass ammunition only; steel core/penetrator, armor-piercing, and tracers are prohibited. Minimum age to enter the range and rent handguns is 21.

• Firearm Rentals: A wide selection of handguns available for rent, allowing shooters to try different firearms before purchasing. Rental weapons are an excellent option for test firing various calibers and frames.
• Training Programs: Superior Pawn & Gun offers a variety of training programs to cater to different skill levels:
  • Basic Firearms Training: Classes for beginners covering firearm safety, handling, maintenance, and shooting techniques.
  • Concealed Carry Classes: Training for obtaining a Virginia concealed carry permit, including legal aspects and practical shooting exercises. Classes are offered at the Lynnhaven Store on Mondays at 6 PM and at the Virginia Beach Blvd Store on Saturdays at 9 AM.
  • Specialty Classes: Courses on specific topics such as home defense and tactical training.

Membership

• Superior Range Club Membership: $49.99 per month, includes benefits such as free entry for members and guests, free targets and rentals per visit, discounts on ammo and accessories, free gun cleaning per month, and access to Tax-Free Tuesdays.
• Green Membership: $150 per year, includes free entry for members for 12 months plus one bonus month, seven free visits on the range, and additional free range visits with firearm purchases.
