All about Lincoln Rifle Club Range
Facility and Ranges:

Location: The Dillman Range is an outdoor facility spanning approximately 10.8 acres.

Firing Points: It offers 32 covered firing points suitable for both rifle and pistol shooting.

Target Distances: Shooting stations are available out to 200 yards, with fixed target equipment at the 200-yard mark.

Amenities: The site provides target frames and targets, portable restroom facilities, and a soda machine. Note: There are no kitchen facilities for cooking or refrigeration.

Access: The range is open to the public for a fee, though club members have free access.
Services and Disciplines:
The club is organized as a social club that focuses on match shooting and coaching for all ages. It supports a wide variety of competitive shooting disciplines, including:

Rifle: Benchrest, Black Powder Long Range, High Power, Mid Range Precision Rifle, Silhouette, and Precision Rimfire.

Pistol: NRA Pistol, Practical Shooting (such as USPSA-sanctioned action pistol matches, which often require an "Intro to USPSA" course), and Field Pistol Silhouette.

Shotgun: The club supports shotgun disciplines, including simulated field and 5-Stand.

Other: Cowboy Action, Air Rifle Field Target, and Archery.
Safety and Rules:
Safety is strictly enforced at the range with on-site Range Safety Officers (RSOs). Key rules include:

Firearm Condition: All firearms must be in a safe condition, with the action open, all ammunition and magazines removed, and a yellow breach flag inserted when not on the firing line.

Cease Fires: During a Cease Fire, everyone must stand behind the yellow safety line, and absolutely no one is allowed to handle a firearm or equipment on the shooting bench.

Restrictions: Rapid fire (more than one shot per second) is prohibited. Drawing from holsters is generally not permitted unless in a specific match/training area.

Public Access: The general public can use the range for a fee, but minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
