Facility: The club boasts extensive facilities designed for the safety and enjoyment of its members and guests. These include:
- A large clubhouse: This central hub is well-suited for various purposes, including training sessions, meetings, and general gatherings for shooting enthusiasts.
- Nine outdoor ranges: These ranges are configured to accommodate a wide array of shooting disciplines and distances.
- Two indoor ranges: These ranges offer year-round access, particularly beneficial during inclement weather. One indoor range is approximately 25 yards, and there are plans for a new 50-yard indoor range that will be rifle rated.
Ranges: The Guelph Rod & Gun Club offers a diverse set of ranges to cater to various shooting interests:
- Range 1 (PPC): Dedicated to Police Pistol Combat (PPC) shooting.
- Range 2 (Main IPSC Range): A primary range for International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC) competitions and practice.
- Range 3 (IPSC Alley): Another area used for IPSC, often in conjunction with Range 1 and 2 for larger events like 3-Gun competitions.
- Range 4 (Rifle Range): Features distances of 25, 50, and 100 yards for rifle shooting.
- Range 5 (Swamp Range): Utilized for Cowboy Action Shooting (CAS) and shotgun patterning.
- Range 6 (Indoor Range): This indoor facility has 5-yard increments up to 25 yards.
