All about Franklin County Sportsman’s Club
Facilities and Ranges:
The club features a variety of ranges to support different shooting sports:
- Shotgun: Two skeet fields and two trap fields.
- Rifle: A rifle range with positions at 100 yards and 200 yards.
- Pistol: Three outdoor pistol ranges at 25 yards.
- Archery: A dedicated archery range.
There is also a clubhouse, which serves as a large meeting room with modern amenities.
Services:
- Membership: The club operates on a private membership model, with an application process that includes an interview. The public may visit as a guest of a member or during a scheduled club event.
- Safety & Education: The club offers an NRA Home Firearm Safety Class that is open to the public. They also welcome new shooters and provide peer mentoring.
- Competitions: Members can participate in a variety of competitive events, including skeet shooting, trap shooting, and pistol and rifle matches.
- Events: The club hosts meetings, social events, and other activities for its members.
