All about Carroll County Fish and Game Club

Facilities and Ranges:

The club is known to operate a Trap Range, which hosts regularly scheduled open shooting times, typically on Tuesdays and Sundays. The clay targets for this range are available for purchase on-site. The facility also focuses on other traditional fish and game activities, including:

• Fishing: The club hosts an annual Youth Fishing Derby for children 14 and under, indicating the presence of a pond or access to a fishing area.
• Clubhouse: The club maintains a clubhouse that serves as the location for monthly meetings and member orientations.

Services and Membership:

Membership is required to use the facilities, and the club has a mandatory process for all new and renewing members:

• Mandatory Safety Orientation: New members must attend a Safety Orientation course, which is typically held monthly at the clubhouse. This course covers range rules, new changes, and promotes safer use of the facilities. Current members are also required to complete this course for renewal.
• Application Requirements: New members must typically present a copy of their hunting license, pistol carry permit, or proof of a firearm training class when attending the safety orientation.
