Facilities and Gun Ranges:
- Two 25-meter Gallery Ranges: These are the primary shooting areas, each featuring 6 lanes.
- Computer-Controlled Target Retrieval Systems: Every lane is equipped with a system that allows shooters to control the distance of their targets.
- Rifle-Rated Lanes: The lanes are built to safely handle powerful firearms, up to .460 Weatherby Magnum. They also permit the use of steel-jacketed or steel-cored ammunition.
- Advanced Ventilation System: The center boasts a modern ventilation system that meets stringent requirements, allowing for a cleaner air environment and even accommodating the use of black powder firearms.
- Acoustic Dampening: The range is designed with special acoustic dampening to minimize reverberations and concussion, enhancing comfort for shooters.
- Cinema Range: The Calgary Shooting Centre is noted for being Canada's only cinema range. This feature allows participants to shoot at animated targets projected onto a large screen using live ammunition, creating dynamic shooting scenarios.

- No License Required for First-Time Shooters: You don't need a firearm license to shoot at the Calgary Shooting Centre. Expert staff provides training and supervision, and there's a wide selection of rental firearms available.
