Facilities and Ranges
Buffalo Creek Gun Club features a variety of ranges designed to cater to different shooting activities:
- Short Range: This range includes 13 pistol lanes with dedicated berms at 25, 50, and 100 yards. It's ideal for handgun practice and short-range rifle shooting.
- Long Range: Known as the Jim Starr Long Range, it offers 15 dedicated lanes with shooting positions at 200, 300, and 600 yards. This range is perfect for long-range rifle shooting and precision marksmanship.
- Elevation: The range is located at an elevation of 8,100 feet, providing a unique shooting experience in a beautiful natural setting.

- Road Conditions: Access roads are USFS fire access roads, which can be challenging to navigate, especially in winter. A higher clearance vehicle may be required during certain seasons.
