Facilities and Ranges:

BGSL has numerous ranges and facilities for a variety of shooting disciplines:

• Shotgun: This is a major focus, with facilities including sporting clays, multiple lighted trap fields, skeet fields, and a five-stand.
• Rifle: The club has multiple rifle ranges, including one that extends to 300 yards.
• Pistol: There are various pistol ranges, including dedicated pits for practical shooting.
• Archery: The club has archery ranges, including 3D courses.
• Other: The club also has a muzzleloader range, an airgun range, and a casting pond.

Beyond the shooting ranges, the expansive property includes a clubhouse, hiking trails, a fishing pond, and fields for dog training.

Services:

BGSL offers a range of services to its members:

• Training and Education: The club provides training classes in multiple disciplines, as well as hunter education and Concealed Carry Deadly Weapon (CCDW) courses.
• Competitions: BGSL hosts regular competitions, from member-only events to nationally sanctioned championships, including the Kentucky State Pistol Championships.
• Membership: It is a members-only club, and all memberships are family memberships. There is an initiation fee and annual dues.
• Youth Programs: The club has a strong commitment to youth, offering mentoring programs, youth-specific events, and sponsoring local high school clay target teams.
