All about Barren River Rod&Gun Club

Facilities & Ranges:

• Pistol Ranges: The club has two dedicated pistol ranges.

Services & Activities:

The Barren River Rod & Gun Club hosts a wide range of shooting disciplines and events for both members and non-members:

• Pistol Shooting: Includes disciplines such as Slow Fire Pistol and Steel Plate Challenge.
• Rifle Shooting: The club supports various rifle competitions, including NRA Smallbore Silhouette and Benchrest shoots.
• Trap Shooting: Trap shoots are regularly held and are open to the public.
• Special Events: The club hosts public events and has a "Ladies Only" shooting group.

The club holds a potluck dinner and meeting on the first Thursday of every month, which prospective members are welcome to attend. Membership provides access to facilities and discounted rates for shooting. The club also offers a key card access upgrade for a yearly fee after a mandatory orientation course.
