Facility and Ranges

The facility operates a pistol and rifle range that has undergone recent renovations, featuring state-of-the-art ventilation and enhanced lighting to ensure a clean and comfortable shooting environment.

Permitted Calibers:

• Pistols: Any pistol caliber is allowed.

• Rifles: Allowed calibers include $.223$, $5.56$, and $300$ BLK.

• Shotguns: $12$ Gauge shotguns are permitted with specific ammunition restrictions (only double $00$ buckshot is allowed).

Services

The club focuses on training, retail, and competitive shooting:

• Range Lessons: Instructors are typically available without an appointment to offer lessons for new shooters, those needing a refresher, or members looking to improve accuracy or sight in their optics (red dots). Lessons are available in 30-minute or 60-minute durations.

• Retail: The business operates a full gun store.

• Competitions: The club regularly hosts shooting competitions, typically three per month, in dynamic disciplines. These events are open to everyone and have included:

  • USPSA (United States Practical Shooting Association)

  • IDPA (International Defensive Pistol Association)

  • Rifle (Carbine) / 2-Gun Matches

• Training Courses: 520 Tactical offers various courses, including a Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) class and a Basic Pistol Class, covering safety, handling, and live-fire exercises.
