As a Virginia resident, am I able to purchase a handgun on the spot? If yes, do I need anything in addition to my VA drivers license? Thanks.

  2. Scott Linton says

I have a private WWII firearms collection I would like to sell before an assignment overseas. I know I can walk around and sell a gun at a time, but can I rent a table and sell the entire collection? If so do I have to do paperwork and how? Thanks!

    • Robert says

I don’t know the legalities of selling from a table, but they should be a person to person transaction.

There are also auction houses that can help you sell a collection.. They of course charge a fee.

What is in your collection? I might be interested depending on what you have and what you think is reasonable for them.

      Good luck!

  3. Warden says

I’m an active duty military member now residing in VA and have an out of state drivers license. Can I purchase a firearm if I show my orders?
